I've just put the wraps on a two-book historical novel about a seafaring family from West Barnstable, Massachusetts, based on hundreds of pages of handwritten letters, ship's logs, and journals. Now, it’s time to find a literary agent.

While I’m pacing the floor, I’ve decided to tell you about the process which led to this novel (and how it swallowed my life, but in a good way).
